I am recruiting for a world leading manufacturing business who require an Interim Environment Health & Safety Manager. Initially there is a commitment of 3 months with a likelihood of extension.

For the position of Interim EHS Manager, you will require to conduct the following daily duties:

  • Managing Health, Safety and Environment Management systems and activities
  • Conducting training and meetings
  • Reporting into Group EHS Management & executive members of the business
  • Responding to incidents, reporting KPI's
  • Use of SAP & Microsoft office
  • Working across 3 sites in Merseyside, South Yorkshire & East Yorkshire

The successful Interim EHS Manager will need to have the following attributes:

  • Strong track record within EHS within a manufacturing capacity
  • Demonstrable knowledge of engineering equipment - conveyors, hoppers, baggers etc.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
