The Company:

We’re working with an exciting new opening in Central London – a high-energy Karaoke Club that’s set to shake up the late-night scene. We’re now on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Duty / Floor Manager to support the Assistant General Manager in leading the team across the bar and floor operations. This is a vibrant, fast-paced venue with cocktails, music, and unforgettable guest experiences at the heart of what they do. We\’re looking for someone who knows what excellent service looks like, thrives in a buzzing environment, and isn’t afraid of the late-night lifestyle – typical finishes around 3–4am (Thursday-Saturday).

The Role:

• Support the AGM in day-to-day operations of a late-night, high-volume venue
• Lead by example on the floor and behind the bar
• Ensure service standards are consistently high
• Take ownership of team motivation and training
• Handle back-of-house duties including stock, rotas, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a cocktail-led bar or late-night venue
• Confident floor presence with strong leadership skills
• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality service
• A positive, energetic personality with a love for hospitality
