Starting salaries range from £35-60K + equity (DOE).

What is a growth marketer?

Roles vary by startup but generally in a growth marketing role, you’ll be analysing data and running experiments to drive growth. You won’t only be focusing on the top of the funnel (acquisition) but you’ll instead look at the whole customer journey – from brand awareness to revenue. This might include running acquisition campaigns, iterating on onboarding flows and implementing email campaigns.

At every stage of the funnel, you’ll be analysing data and experimenting to optimise the user journey.
