In this role, you'll be a valued team member interfacing with sales, service desk, and stock control departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit control management - monitoring customer accounts, chasing overdue payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Purchase ledger processing - logging and processing supplier invoices, preparing payment runs, and reconciling supplier statements
  • Daily invoicing and banking - generating customer invoices, recording payments, preparing bank deposits, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • General accounts administration - filing important documents, responding to account queries, assisting with month-end procedures, and supporting the wider finance team as needed
  • Liaising between departments to ensure accurate financial information flows across the business

What You'll Need:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications (required)
  • Previous accounts experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Sage 200 experience helpful but not essential – full training provided
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
