My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the regionβs most reputable, multi-office, Legal 500 law firms. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a highly ranked team, with a reputation for providing excellent client care and incredibly personable, high-quality service.
You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including:
- Sales and purchases
- Investment
- Secured lending
- Development
- Options and conditional contracts
- Non-contentious landlord and tenant matters
You will also have some residential experience ideally. They will provide plenty of support along the way and there are great opportunities for staff to develop their careers and skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.
