We are searching for a Dynamics Support Analyst who will be crucial in supporting and maintaining core business applications. This role involves providing operational support for Dynamics 365 (CRM and Finance F&SCM), managing system upgrades, and working closely with users and suppliers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Dynamics 365, escalating to 3rd parties where needed
- Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance
- Perform data administration, reporting, and system security tasks
- Support upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational support for IT software, including 1st–3rd line support coordination
