Founded in 1984, 4S DAWN Clinical Software is a software decision support company that provides software for the long-term safety monitoring of chronic disease. An opportunity has now arisen for an enthusiastic Application Support Technician to join our team.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A good understanding of software architectures, computers, and networking
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • A degree (or equivalent) or another technical qualification

Experience of writing programming code such as SQL, HTML or JavaScript and databases would be beneficial to your application. However, this is not essential, as full training will be provided to candidates without this background.

As an Application Support Technician, you will:

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Assist with the specification, installation, configuration and testing of software
  • Support the sales process
