This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the smooth running of training days, supporting marketing and training activities, and managing literature and sample stock.

As the first point of contact for visitors to Building Adhesives Ltd., you will be responsible for preparing the academy for training sessions. This includes setting up practical demonstrations, arranging TV displays, organising literature packs, and managing refreshments throughout the day. You will assist the Training Manager during sessions as required and ensure the academy is cleaned and organised afterwards. You will also report any Health and Safety concerns related to the academy to the Safety and Systems Manager. Additionally, you will support local training and trade days, assisting with setup and preparation to ensure events run smoothly.

In collaboration with Marketing, you will help create bespoke models, product samples, and training aids. You will oversee the dispatch of product samples, literature requests, and other marketing materials.
