Our Wynnstay Cross Hands Store has an opportunity for you to join their team as a motivated and experienced Agricultural Store Manager, to efficiently manage and maximise the service to our farm customers.
- Taking overall responsibility for the site including its staff, stock, presentation and performance.
- Retaining, increasing and maximising sales of products at the store through various selling activities.
- Maintaining the existing customer base, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and establishing new contacts to drive sales.
- Providing leadership, support and development to the store team.
- Ensuring the store is stocked adequately and is always presentable.
- Conducting staff reviews to assess training needs and build career development paths.
- Ensuring compliance with Wynnstay policies and procedures throughout store operations.
- Commercial and practical awareness of the agricultural industry with the ability to sell through enhanced customer relations and knowledge.
- An effective communicator who can encourage and inspire others to follow with previous management/supervisory experience.
- Can act as a team player, networking with key individuals throughout the Group.
To be qualified in the following areas, or prepared to undergo training:
- Forklift Qualified
- Basis Store Keeper Qualified
