Our Wynnstay Cross Hands Store has an opportunity for you to join their team as a motivated and experienced Agricultural Store Manager, to efficiently manage and maximise the service to our farm customers.

  • Taking overall responsibility for the site including its staff, stock, presentation and performance.
  • Retaining, increasing and maximising sales of products at the store through various selling activities.
  • Maintaining the existing customer base, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and establishing new contacts to drive sales.
  • Providing leadership, support and development to the store team.
  • Ensuring the store is stocked adequately and is always presentable.
  • Conducting staff reviews to assess training needs and build career development paths.
  • Ensuring compliance with Wynnstay policies and procedures throughout store operations.
  • Commercial and practical awareness of the agricultural industry with the ability to sell through enhanced customer relations and knowledge.
  • An effective communicator who can encourage and inspire others to follow with previous management/supervisory experience.
  • Can act as a team player, networking with key individuals throughout the Group.

To be qualified in the following areas, or prepared to undergo training:

  • Forklift Qualified
  • Basis Store Keeper Qualified
