What You’ll Do
- Architect end-to-end SAP solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Lead and contribute to major SAP bids, ensuring solution integrity and client confidence.
- Drive the transition from sales to delivery — de-risking programmes through strong design leadership.
- Act as the trusted advisor to clients and internal teams across industries and geographies.
- Mentor junior talent and contribute to capability development across the SAP practice.
What You Bring
- Deep SAP expertise across key S/4HANA functional areas (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), with strong cross-module integration understanding.
- End-to-end delivery experience on complex SAP transformations, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Solution architecture leadership — able to define target architectures, guide design, and ensure overall coherence.
- Pre-sales and bid leadership, including shaping proposals, responding to RFPs/ITTs, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management excellence, with the ability to engage at C-level, influence decision-making, and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with adjacent SAP tools such as BTP, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors or SAP Analytics.
- Commercial awareness, balancing innovation, feasibility, and value creation.
