On offer is an opportunity to join the management team of a well-established Forensic Science Services Provider, Forensic Equity Limited. Working in a small tightly knit team, alongside other members of our senior management team, the role provides the opportunity for the chosen applicants to play a critical part in managing the company’s daily operations and ensuring quality standards.

Daily tasks will include:
- General office management.
- Liaising with all of our scientific departments, technical staff and our legal clients.
- Providing cost estimates for forensic analysis and reporting.
- Providing assistance with case progression and disclosure requirements.
- Arranging for the collection, transportation and delivery of exhibits.
- Maintaining and updating staff work schedules.
- Maintaining and updating case files.
- Liaising with external agencies.
- Arranging technical appointments and appearances for Scientists to give evidence at Criminal Courts.
- Arranging and attending conference calls between Scientists and Legal Clients.
- Dealing with everyday correspondence.
- Procurement of office equipment and stationary.
- Dealing with travel arrangements and social schedules.
- Assisting with marketing activities.
- Assisting with regulatory compliance.
- Proofreading scientific reports and other quality assurance tasks.
- Any other reasonable duties.
Due to the nature of our work, any offer of employment will be contingent on a clean enhanced CRB check. Training and security requirements are such that remote working will not be possible. The anticipated start date will be May 2025.
