We are working with a forward-thinking firm that is passionate about building long-term relationships and driving sustainable growth. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for three M&A Tax Partners to join their teams in Essex, Kent, and London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled tax professional to contribute to the firm's growth by leading the M&A tax division.
You will be responsible for:
- Advising clients on all aspects of M&A transactions
- Managing and developing key client relationships
- Playing a pivotal role in the ongoing strategic direction of the firm's tax services
- Leading a team and shaping the development of the M&A tax offering
