Superb opportunity to join a successful mid-market advisory firm.

A leading UK corporate finance advisor is now looking to recruit an associate into their London team. The firm has a strong pipeline of work, advising both private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions. They are a generalist firm and work across a range of sectors, focusing on mid-market deals.

In this role you will:

1. Work as part of a small deal team alongside partners on all aspects of deals.
2. Have extensive interaction with clients on transactions.
3. Take responsibility for major parts of deals, getting involved in deal negotiation.
4. Expect to work across a broad range of deals.

They are very interested in meeting professionals who will have a background as follows:

1. Investment bankers from other advisory firms.
2. Lead advisory / M&A / transaction professionals from other corporate finance advisors.
3. Excellent deal sheet, with strong M&A experience.
