BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client in Hartlepool on a temporary basis for a period of 4 weeks. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is immediately available. Hybrid working is available with this role. Due to the nature of the organisation, you will be required to have an enhanced DBS.
The role will be responsible for supporting with employee relations issues and absence management.
