As a key member of our Regulatory Change team, you'll lead project workstreams that impact Capital Reporting across major EMEA markets (London, Frankfurt, Milan, Paris, Brussels, Madrid, and Amsterdam). You'll take ownership of critical deliverables - from defining business requirements and coordinating across stakeholders, to supporting system developments and testing. This is a hands-on leadership role within each project stream, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, driving process improvements, and ensuring our regulatory framework meets the highest standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage regulatory change projects, with a key focus on B3.1 / CRR3 implementation.
- Define and document business requirements for IT developments.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to coordinate deliverables across functions and regions.
- Conduct and manage system and user acceptance testing.
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance existing regulatory reporting processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Capital Reporting and Market Risk regulations.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in regulatory reporting, ideally across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Deep understanding of Capital Reporting, especially Market Risk / FRTB regulations.
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle platforms and data analysis tools (SQL, MS Access).
- Ability to produce clear, robust documentation (requirements, testing, issue logs, etc.).
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL and Excel abilities.
- Familiarity with general finance systems and accounting practices.
- IT literate with the ability to bridge the gap between business and tech teams.
Qualifications
- Part or fully qualified accountant - desirable.
- Project management qualification - desirable.
