About the role
As a Product Manager concentrating on our advantage card, you will sit within the Boots Digital Team and lead the development of this specific product features to enhance customer experiences across our online platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute a product roadmap that aligns with Boots' strategic objectives, balancing commercial value with customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own specific product features driving development from concept to launch.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans, prioritising features and enhancements that align with business goals and user needs.
- Refine and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with the product strategy, ensuring key tasks and features support the roadmap and add value.
- Conduct customer research, gather market insights, and advocate for the customer in all decisions.
- Define, track, and analyse product metrics to assess performance and support data-informed decisions.
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and adapt plans as necessary to keep the product on track.
- Communicate product updates, key successes, and strategic priorities to stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering alignment across departments.
- Fully understand the Boots AdCard proposition, end to end, and how it compares to industry and competitive propositions, keeping the product strategy informed by the market landscape.
What you'll need to have:
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects as well as the ability to identify risks and issues that need escalation/mitigation.
- The ability to work across multiple different business and delivery teams.
- Support requirements gathering and ensure the deliverables will be met, whilst building strong and engaged relationships.
- Ability to talk to different audiences at different levels; both in providing clear and concise updates but also understand the problems of stakeholders so that they feel heard and understood.
- Ability to be the voice of the customer throughout; to help ensure that their perspective is at the forefront of every conversation and decision.
- Insights and experience within loyalty schemes to customers that has driven customer lifetime value and experiences.

- Experience of driving improvement and understanding why we do things the way we do today.
- Experience of collating and analysing data to help drive decisions to prevent biases and improve customer experience and performance.
- Experience of demonstrating market awareness and understanding how our competitors are facing into the same challenges and where we can leverage a point of difference.
