A prestigious UK law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its high-performing, Tier 1-ranked Construction team in Bristol as an Associate or Senior Associate. The Role
You will be part of a market leading team handling complex non-contentious construction work for a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients. Your work will include:
- Advising on large-scale infrastructure, regeneration, energy, and real estate projects.
- Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts.
- Supporting clients through the full construction lifecycle.
- Offering strategic legal advice across sectors including renewables, transport, and government-led developments.

Ideal Candidate Profile
You will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law.
- Have experience advising on standard form contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC) and bespoke agreements.
- Be confident in managing complex transactions and client relationships.
- Have a commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business development.
- Be a team player who enjoys mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
