About the Role
As the Defined Contributions Pensions Manager you will:
- Develop and lead a dedicated DC pensions administration team on all aspects of pension’s legislation, regulations including master trust rules.
- Be responsible for managing all DC Scheme Events, Administration and Projects.
- Employ a collaborative approach and will have a passion for building strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Help the team to evolve by implementing best practice and supporting the development of your team through coaching and mentoring.
About You
You will:
- Possess significant Pension industry experience and will have extensive knowledge of DC Pensions and Master Trust regulations, governance and administration.
- Possess experience of coaching and mentoring.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership/people management skills.
- Be adept in managing tight deadlines and able adaptable/flexible, able to switch resource and priorities if required at short notice.
