We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to join a leading company in the dental industry. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a diverse customer base across Scotland and Ireland, selling both traditional and digital products. If you’re passionate about sales, customer relationships, and working within a collaborative team environment, this role could be for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Focus:
  • Target both new and existing customers, developing lasting relationships.
  • Grow and manage the existing customer base, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of Traditional and Digital Equipment, alongside Sundry products.
  • Introduce new products to customers, enhancing their experience and meeting their evolving needs.
  • Assist the Digital Team by passing on relevant digital product inquiries.
  • Meet an initial sales target within the first 3 months.
  • Logistics & Travel:
    • Work towards meeting daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Implement a structured call plan to visit customers across Scotland and Ireland.
    • Visit a minimum of 5-7 labs per day, ensuring coverage of all relevant accounts.
    • Be prepared for occasional overnight stays to cover the full territory.
    • Organize and lead Study Club evenings, 3Shape workshops, and Demo events.
    • Attend relevant dental shows and industry events to stay ahead of market trends.
  • General Expectations:
    • Proactively introduce new products to customers and ensure their needs are met.
    • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, with excellent customer service and communication.
    • Work collaboratively with our in-house Customer Service Team and wider company.
    • Take good care of company assets (car, phone, laptop, etc.).
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and schedules.
    • Be proficient in using modern business tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
    • Adhere to company policies, ethics, and procedures.

    About You:

    • Highly motivated, with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
    • Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively.
    • Well-organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet targets.
    • A strong communicator, able to work collaboratively within a team.
    • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive Salary: Starting at £35,000 basic, with an OTE of £10,000.
