Zenith International is the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.

Overview

This is a new client for Zenith International as the result of a recent competitive pitch win. It is a ‘Power of One’ client, comprising the best talent and product offering from agencies across the Publicis Groupe, including creative, production, strategy, technology and media planning and buying. The win represents a significant commercial opportunity for the agency and will provide a platform for talent to learn, grow and progress their careers.

The client is a leader in the international travel and hospitality industry with a significant footprint globally, most notably within Europe and North Africa, offering premium, mid-range and economy solutions for guests. They invest in all digital media across brand and performance and have clear and specific KPIs the agency will be measured against. In order to deliver these KPIs, we need the best talent to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence consistently.

This role will sit within the global team.

Responsibilities

Delivering advanced analysis

  • Perform exploratory analysis with business and media performance data to inform future planning
  • Work with stakeholders in OneAccor and the client to understand analysis needs and priorities.
  • Work closely with media and strategy teams to identify opportunities to improve media performance through insight and analysis
  • Deliver performance analysis throughout a campaign life cycle, reporting cross-channel and cross-media, lead insights delivery internally and externally
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive catalogue of data from a variety of sources, both internal to Zenith and from Accor
  • Working with the team, undertake sophisticated analysis to provide clear data driven solutions and recommendations to business problems
  • Use your knowledge of statistical methods and analytical approaches to guide the team to appropriate solutions that are fast but robust
  • Communicate results of complex analyses to stakeholders
  • Plan, manage and carry out analysis to support campaign strategy & planning
  • Produce analytical reports for presentations and be part of presenting results to clients in meetings
  • Directly liaise with key stakeholders to proactively overcome blockers and keep projects moving forward including organising and leading meetings

Delivering campaign reporting and insights

  • Building data visualizations to connect with stakeholders less savvy in data analysis
  • Actively developing yourself as an analyst and keeping current with industry developments
  • Collaborate with data automation team to maintain a reporting infrastructure that allows tailored delivery of campaign insights to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the roadmap for the reporting infrastructure, including opportunities for new tools
  • Deliver dashboards and reports as required to the campaign teams in the agency and client
  • Provide analysis and reporting support to the Media Activation team to ensure Accor campaigns are optimized

Team

  • Mentor and develop senior executive to produce work that meets and beats client expectations.
  • Manage the workload of the team to ensure requests are delivered to time and budget
  • Develop new and innovative approaches to analytics
  • Manage projects undertaken by the team and ensure they’re delivered on time and are always excellent
  • Work closely with the Analytics Business Director and Managing Partner to support development of team and delivery of excellence.

Qualifications

  • A true passion for making a difference internally and for our client’s business
  • Experience in paid digital reporting within a media agency or client-side; experience in managing a team
  • Proficient in advanced ETL techniques and adept at handling and processing large volumes of data efficiently
  • Proven ability in campaign and marketing analysis, identifying optimization opportunities, and deriving strategic insights
  • Skilled in integrating diverse data sources to create compelling, data-driven narratives
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and proficient in presenting analysis results to varied audiences
  • Empathetic and client-oriented, with excellent communication skills to represent Marketing Analytics to Accor
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with a structured approach
  • Advanced Excel skills (string functions, array formulas, PowerQuery, PowerPivot), understanding of data visualization principles, and familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4)
  • Collaborative and constructive team player, delivering accurate results swiftly and on time
