About the role: Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the Client Director and Client Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring SLAs and key objectives are consistently met while fostering a service-driven culture. You will oversee team members who manage the processes and procedures for delivering our workforce solutions, driving high performance to achieve all objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.
Working closely with hiring managers in the financial sector, you will help build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Additionally, you will design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring all requirements are managed in accordance with established processes, milestones, and budgetary guidelines.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Overseeing the day-to-day framework and compliance of workforce solution processes, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to customer and supplier SLAs.
- Setting individual and team objectives on a daily basis, ensuring they are met consistently.
- Handling complex situations or escalations, resolving potential issues or conflicts effectively.
- Supporting the leadership team by providing and collating performance metrics and data for client reviews.
- Mentoring and providing development and training opportunities for junior team members.
- Encouraging knowledge sharing and skills transfer within the team, optimising processes in line with evolving industry best practices.
- Fostering a motivated and collaborative team environment, leading by example.
- Developing and nurturing internal and external relationships.
- Allocating work among the team to optimise productivity and meet objectives.
- Managing requisitions and talent pipelines to ensure consistent recruitment flow.
- Managing forecasting, project plans, and strategic projects, including pipelining.
- Presenting workforce solutions to clients and stakeholders.
