FinTop Consulting has partnered with a global payments provider that will be making cross-border payments as simple as possible. Due to the team expanding across Europe, they are looking to hire a Technical Implementation Specialist who has deep knowledge in cloud APIs. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to both prospects and customers, conducting product demonstrations, assisting with the development of sales strategies, and managing customers through and post-implementation. This role reports to the COO.
- Minimal second level of support to customers
- Manage RFP processes and responses
- Understand customer requirements and identify solutions that meet their needs
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 4 years in Technical implementation projects
- Background in fintech / financial services
- Experience in managing the RFP processes and responses
- Level 2 support experience
- Cloud API experience – ideally in Azure
