Working across some of the most iconic and up-and-coming womenswear brands, you are a true fashion specialist and thrive to provide excellent styling and personal shopping services to our customers. You must have a passion for retail, driving sales and the ability to deliver high standards. This is the ideal opportunity for a confident individual, who can build a community of customers by providing exceptional personal service.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele and be accountable for customer data collection and management.
- Demonstrate and share strong brand and market knowledge with clients.
- Provide informed styling advice, by offering KOIBIRD’s unique and exclusive product range and excite customers with personalised product edits.
- Monitor customer shopping behaviour and stock performance and provide valuable feedback to store manager.
- Take initiative with performing daily store operational tasks, such as keeping the shop floor well presented, merchandising, stock management and deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with store management and the wider team to ensure effective and collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
- Have previous retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
- Have an existing client database.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the brands we carry; always showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Have a passion for empowering women to look and feel their best.
- Communicate our values and brand philosophy to customers and team members alike.
