Main duties: You will be in charge of a wide range of operations for this niche business including processing clients' initial requests, providing customer support and liaising with suppliers.
The role:
- Be the main point of contact for clients and process their reservation requests efficiently by email and over the phone
- Provide supplier and client support and process their enquiries
- Submit quotations to clients in a timely and efficient manner and in writing
- Negotiate best industry rates with suppliers
- Develop industry knowledge in order to provide best advice and support to both regular clients and newcomers
- Expand product range by identifying new potential supply partners and introducing the business to them
- Visit suppliers when needed in order to develop product knowledge
The candidate:
- Full fluency in French
- Experience working in a business-to-business environment is essential
