Key Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
2. Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
3. Completing logbooks and RAMS
4. Attending client meetings
5. Emergency lighting testing
6. All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, lighting systems and Heat exchangers
7. Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks.
8. Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find.

Requirements:

1. Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification.
2. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
3. Previous experience in electrical maintenance and engineering.
4. Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
