To support our growing company we are on the search for NMC Engineers We are looking for a skilled NMC Engineer to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in managing our strategic network and ensuring seamless service handovers. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch service within SLA timescales and thrive in a 24/7 shift environment, we want to hear from you. Location – Warwick Key accountabilities and Decision Ownership Working to meet 99.99% network availability and management of customer incidents and faults within agreed SLAs. Working to customer SLAs and managing their expectations Providing customer with a single point of contact Managing1stlevel escalations . Undertake or support rapid restoration of network fault resolution within SLA Prior to critical servicefailure where possible
