Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for graduates and apprentices, from attraction through to onboarding.
  • Run engaging assessment centres that showcase our firm's values, culture, and career opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations and attend careers fairs at universities, schools, and events to promote the company.
  • Build strong relationships with education providers, student societies, and careers services.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and training providers to understand business needs and support future workforce planning.
  • Continuously improve our early careers recruitment strategies, ensuring an inclusive and candidate-centric approach.
