Court of Protection Solicitor, Leeds

This successful law firm is seeking a Senior COP Solicitor to join their Leeds office. You will have the capacity to both manage cases and fee earn.

This role involves supporting clients who are elderly, have sustained personal injuries, or have mental health issues. Your clients may have been awarded substantial personal injury compensation, and you will assist in managing those damages in the best interests of the clients, among other responsibilities. Experience in some property and finance COP work is essential for this role. If you have experience managing a team of fee earners, this would be advantageous.

The position is based in Leeds, with some home working, and offers a competitive package.
