French Speaking - Contract/Business Administrator - Tenth Revolution Group Newcastle, UK! Global HQ, Full Training, Career Progression Plan & Incentives!
Role: Contract Administrator (entry level or experienced apply)
Language: French professional/business level fluency preferred
Location: Newcastle, UK (Global HQ, just 5 min walk Central St)
Status: Perm & FTC hybrid office/home (after training period)
Market: UK/EMEA 8:30am-5:30pm (4pm Friday wellbeing finish)
TRG have a fantastic full time opportunity for a French-speaking Contract Admin, Newcastle, UK. It's a key Business Support back office position, responsible for processing multiple external contractor IT staff. Including but not limited to right-to-work checks, validating information via both manual & automated processes. Predominantly you'll deal with volume external temporary IT candidate requirements. Ad hoc client invoicing to support our Sister 'Billing' team during staff holidays/illness. A positive flexible finance/admin who thrives on a challenge is best suited!
You will be responding to queries and resolving issues when raised in a professional and timely manner. Full training, clear career plan future senior/leadership levels, fun culture/incentives!
What we’re looking for?
- Ideally professional/business level fluency in speaking/reading & writing in French
- Some prior Admin experience is beneficial but not essential, full training is provided.
- 1 year + Finance/Business/Customer Service/Education related administration skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and handling sensitive/confidential data is preferred.
- Detail orientated, resilient, organised, flexible, positive, problem solving personality.
- Confidence to take calls when required, this is not a sales role but results in revenue.

What you’ll be doing?
- Processing all external IT candidate/payroll data, adhering to set KPI’s.
- Processing all timesheet data accurately and on time.
- Supporting ad hoc external client billing (invoicing)
- Respond/resolve queries in line with the set SLA’s.
- Assisting Manager/Senior Contract Admin ad hoc.
- Calculating/managing payments to Contractors.
- Onboarding compliance/right-to-work checks.
- Supporting on projects/process improvement.
The successful candidate will be organised, resilient and detail oriented to take pride in a job well done. They’ll produce highly accurate results on a daily basis. They will remain confidential, bearing in mind the nature of the data they are dealing with. Holding excellent customer services skills with solution orientated approach when dealing with sensitive queries. Escalating to e.g. Credit Control, Legal, HR if required. They’ll follow stringent processes without deviation, appreciating the importance of each step and its impact. Working well to deadlines and flexible if required in a fast paced environment where 'change is business as usual! A professional demeanour processing external IT professionals, regarding their lucrative temporary placements/projects locally or abroad. This is a critical and respected global role that significantly impacts our business with a time sensitive workload but you’ll never be bored! Complimented by a fun, social culture with incentives!
