From September 2025, a permanent, full-time position on Leadership scale L18 – L22 (£75,675 - £83,464) is available at Wombourne High School for a Deputy Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead on Inclusion, Safeguarding & Achievement.

Wombourne High School is part of a Multi Academy Trust comprising six secondary schools and one primary school, with over 750 employees and more than 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. This key position will suit a professional with a deep knowledge of curriculum development, a clear vision, and a proven track record of raising standards. The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner, able to lead by example, and possess a significant background of strong leadership within a school at a senior level. They will be deeply ambitious for students and staff, with the ability to provide strategic direction that improves student outcomes.
