Bryanston Prep School is seeking an outstanding Head of Pre-Prep to lead and shape the future of our thriving Early Years and Key Stage One provision. Our Pre-Prep is rich in opportunity: small class sizes, a stunning rural location, and shared access to outstanding facilities including the senior school’s sports centre, swimming pool, theatre and concert hall. At the Prep School, we possess an idyllic forest school and stables.

The Head of Pre-Prep will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our youngest learners benefit from a broad, stimulating, and child-centred curriculum — all while laying strong foundations for future success. We are looking for a passionate educator with proven leadership experience and the ambition to help our Pre-Prep realise its full potential. You’ll be someone who brings vision, energy, and warmth — someone who inspires both children and colleagues alike.

Bryanston is a leading co-educational full-boarding school set in a beautiful 400-acre campus, surrounded by Dorset countryside, and provides an outstanding education for 780 pupils aged 3-18. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
