Position: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a permanent Personal Assistant to the Risk Manager and Head of Research & Development. This is a hybrid post, worked between University Hospital Crosshouse and home.

What you will do: You will provide a dedicated, professional and comprehensive PA and administration service to the Risk Manager and the Head of Research & Development, ensuring an effective, proactive and high standard of support, in a professional manner.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job: You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and can work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. The ability to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative is essential, as is being able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your workload accordingly. Having the flexibility to adapt to change and last-minute demands is essential. You will possess an HND or equivalent in business administration. You will have significant PA experience, within an NHS environment, and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You should be highly experienced in taking accurate minutes and have excellent interpersonal skills. Driving Licence/car owner is essential.

Hours: 37 hours per week
