We are searching on behalf of our client, a well-respected Tunneling Subcontractor who are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join on a Contract basis.
Manage all aspects of the commercial function independently, whilst leading a small team.
- Supporting Managing Quantity Surveyors as well as supporting and training Junior staff.
- Prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor costs, and track progress against plans.
- Prepare valuations, final accounts, and handle subcontractor payments.
- Provide expert contractual advice and ensure legal compliance.
- Identify and manage commercial risks.
Years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a Tunneling environment.
Proven experience delivering positive commercial outcomes on major projects.
