Job Description About the role At Miller Homes we are building homes in a way which allows us to build better places for people to belong to, better homes for customers and better places for communities to thrive and nature to prosper. We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join our team based in our Scotland East region on a 12 month maternity cover basis. This role requires a motivated, ‘hands on’ colleague who will ensure that an effective level of administrative support, office management, reception management, diary management and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is provided at all times. Duties will include: Assisting the directors with their day-to-day workloads, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling administrative tasks.
