Job Description
As the interim Head of Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the SLT in developing change programmes.
- Identifying risk areas.
- Working with stakeholders and ensuring relationships are maintained.
- Ensuring financial reporting is conducted accurately and on time.
- Supporting budget holders on key projects.
- Developing best practice.
The Successful Applicant
The interim Head of Finance Transformation will have completed a similar role previously and holds a full accounting qualification (CIFPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Experience of working in a Local Authority is preferred, but other public sector organisations are welcome. This role will require someone to be on site 2-3 days a week.
