Environment: Pub / B&B

Rota: 5 out of 7 days, 45hrs per week

Hours: Between 11am and close, finish early on a Sunday

Salary: £38000-£40000 per annum depending on experience

Team: Sous Chef, 2-3 CDPs, 2 KPs, 1 GM

Applicants:

  • Must be a natural leader and motivator
  • Should be a driver with access to reliable vehicle due to venue location
  • Shall have fresh produce experience
  • Will be up to date on allergens and food safety standards
  • Might be a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a similar working environment
  • May be able to provide evidence of up-to-date Food Safety and Hygiene certification
  • Could create and develop menus to include specials
  • Can budget and cost control, minimising food waste
  • Shall be professional, presentable, adaptable, flexible and approachable
