Commercial Solicitor – Manchester

Oculus are currently working with a prestigious Top 100 Law Firm, based in Manchester with an award-winning Commercial team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote), a competitive salary of £65,000 – £85,000 as well as an enticing bonus scheme.

The position involves handling complex Commercial matters within a multitude of sectors such as:

• Drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of trading
• Agency and distribution arrangements
• Manufacturing and logistics agreements
• IP protection and disputes
• Marketing issues
