Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance + Travel Expenses + Bonus

With a remarkable portfolio of over 100 nurseries and ambitious plans to open 30-50 new nurseries in the next 12 months, We are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead a cluster of 4-6 nurseries in Cheshire.

About the Role

As Area Manager, you will:

• Lead and Inspire: Provide strong leadership and guidance to nursery managers, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for childcare.
• Drive Standards: Oversee operational effectiveness to achieve outstanding Ofsted ratings and exceed regulatory requirements.
• Deliver Results: Implement innovative strategies to boost occupancy, enhance staff development, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Travel and Flexibility: Manage a demanding schedule across your designated nurseries, with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
