An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the development and operation of Priory Residential Addictions' first-ever residential service. As Residential Addictions Manager, you will spearhead the design, recruitment, and launch of a new 16-18 bed affordable residential addiction service, pioneering a therapeutically led, non-medical treatment model. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and positioning this innovative service, ensuring it stands out in a modernized marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Development: Oversee the full setup of the Eden Centre, the first of many planned sites, influencing its care model, clinical approach, and programme delivery.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and lead a team of qualified therapists, support workers, and recovery practitioners to deliver a market-leading hybrid addiction therapy programme.
- Clinical & Therapeutic Delivery: Implement a structured programme, including group and 1:1 therapy, life skills training, pre-treatment/aftercare, and a family care programme.
- Strategic Growth & Positioning: Collaborate on marketing, branding, and research to ensure the service's relevance and competitiveness in the addiction treatment sector.
- Operational & Compliance Management: Drive CQC compliance, governance, and quality standards while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in Therapy
- Proven experience leading in a Residential Therapeutic Service.
- Strong innovation, creativity, and strategic leadership skills.
- Experience in commissioning and service development (desirable).
- CQC Registered Manager experience (highly desirable).
