Our client is looking for a bright, ambitious Junior Legal Counsel to join their growing London-based legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to step into a dynamic, international business.

The Role: Reporting to the General Counsel, you’ll support a broad range of commercial legal matters across the business. You’ll gain hands-on experience in commercial contracts, compliance, and corporate advisory work within a high-profile, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and supplier agreements.
  • Support legal matters across international operations.
  • Assist with regulatory, compliance, and governance matters.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams.
  • Work with external counsel on specialist issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • UK-qualified solicitor (NQ–1 PQE).
  • Trained at a well-regarded law firm or strong in-house legal team.
  • Solid grounding in commercial or corporate law.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware.
