Turner Property Recruitment specialise in placing construction professionals throughout the UK and we are currently working with a leading consultancy who are looking for a Senior/Associate Project Monitor to join their growing Bristol team. The role will cover Bristol and the South West and will be the number 2 position in the office.
Candidates without Project Monitoring experience will be considered if they have at least 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience. Project values will generally be of £5M+ mainly in the residential sector (living sector/build to rent) but there will also be some commercial projects including care homes. Generally, the successful candidate will be working on around 15-20 projects a month.
In terms of salary, this will be between £50,000-£65,000 + bonus. Our client are also an employee owned company which comes with other benefits.
