Role: No1 Site Manager to oversee a £1m structural and internal refurbishment to an existing commercial building in Torquay for a local regional main contractor with a strong pipeline of work through repeat clients in the public sector. Working under a visiting Contracts Manager, the Site Manager will be required to oversee direct and subcontract labour, site health and safety, client liaison, short term programming, and overseeing quality assurance on site.
Candidate: Will have a proven track record of delivering similar size projects for a main or subcontractor and ideally come from a trade background or have a relevant construction qualification. The candidate will need a valid CSCS Card, First Aid, and SMSTS/SSSTS. The candidate will need to live within an easy commute of Torquay with further projects across South Devon.
