MEP Director – Life Science Sector – Oxford

Partnering with arguably the UK\’s leading tier 1 main contractor, we are recruiting a MEP Director for a £200m Life Science Project in Oxford to lead the MEP function of the project.

With a 5+ year pipeline of projects locked in for the Oxford area, this builder is expanding their local team with a new MEP Director position being established in the business.

The builder has been established for 100+ years, had strong year-to-year profit whilst building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Life & Science, Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Residential, Healthcare, and Retail sectors.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Director who has a versatile skill set across MEP in preconstruction, design, and delivery, leading a high-performing team of MEP Managers across Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 2-4 MEP Managers overseeing all MEP contractors from precon through to delivery in collaboration with the project team.
