Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Contract: 1 year FTC

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior New Business Development Manager working for international development charity. This role reports to the CEO of an exciting new fund to tackle climate change, aiming to leverage £20 million in philanthropic and investment capital to support climate adaptation and resilience enterprises.

This role will offer you the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of the multi-channel philanthropic fundraising programme, focusing not only on philanthropic donations but investment capital with an emphasis on HNWIs.

To be successful as the Senior New Business Development Manager, you will need:

• Proven experience in major donor, institutional, and trust fundraising, with demonstrable experience of securing six-figure gifts.
• Significant project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Significant experience developing and delivering successful donor cultivation and stewardship journeys.
