Pivotal are proud to be working with a global social media brand who are looking for an ambitious Senior Real Estate Strategy Manager to join their e-team based in London.

This is a brand new role to the business and will focus on strategic decision-making on office locations and talent investments on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on global real estate markets, assessing regulatory impacts, demographic trends, talent availability, industry developments, and financial feasibility.
• Lead strategy development and standardisation for location strategy initiatives at both global and regional levels.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that influence expansion strategies and corporate decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to implement location strategy projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying challenges and opportunities, implementing strategic improvements, and optimising resource allocation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in corporate real estate strategy, site selection, or location strategy within a multinational company, consulting firm, or real estate advisory function.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Expertise in global and regional real estate markets, including knowledge of regulatory frameworks, cost structures, and economic drivers.
• Previous experience in corporate expansion, location strategy consulting, or workplace transformation projects is highly desirable.
