Director of Finance and Corporate Services We are looking to appoint a Director of Finance and Corporate Services to join the senior leadership team, providing inspirational leadership and contributing to the achievement of CCEA’s vision, mission and strategies. Bringing a breadth of financial and strategic experience, you will lead a multidisciplinary directorate of senior professionals to deliver high-quality corporate services across the organisation . Job Description As Director of Finance and Corporate Services you will be part of the Executive Team, ensuring education provision reflects the needs of individual learners, the community and the Northern Ireland economy. Key Responsibilities: Enable the Council to fulfil its statutory responsibilities. Support the organisation’s adherence to financial regulations and relevant statutory requirements within finite budgetary constraints. Contribute to and support a positive leadership culture which underpins CCEA’s core values and the strategic and operational management of the organisation. Progress the cultural and organisational change necessary to transform how CCEA delivers its business. Ensure CCEA’s Finance and Corporate Services team provides high-quality business support services to support the organisation in both complying with its legislative responsibilities and delivering the objectives of ministerial policy and wider society in Northern Ireland.
