Ambition is working with a leading mid-tier firm looking to hire an Audit Manager for their NFP team. The team is large enough to have the resources to service their clients but small enough to focus on what is most important: caring about their clients. The team fosters a collaborative environment that emphasises improvement over criticism. You will be encouraged to dive in at the deep end, ensuring constant development and preparation for the next step in your career.
The team boasts notable clients in the charity and education sectors and has been tendering and winning more, resulting in a 30% growth in the past year and around 25% in recent years. This bodes well for anyone with ambitions to progress to Senior Manager, Director, and Partner in the future. The firm has quarterly promotion cycles, so when an opportunity arises and you are ready, you won’t have to wait long.
The team environment is inclusive and welcomes people of all backgrounds and personalities. As long as you have a passion for Not For Profit, you will fit in. The team is friendly and often gets together for lunch, and you will have the chance to meet other managers from the NFP in other offices across the country. Non-chargeable time is valued just as much as chargeable time, and you will have the opportunity to get involved in other areas such as networking or technical work.
