I’m currently recruiting for an experienced B2 Licensed Engineer to step into a Head of Avionics role with a respected aviation organisation based in Sywell, UK. This is a unique opportunity for someone ready to lead a skilled team while staying hands-on.
Salary – £70,000 - £77,000, with the potential to boost earnings through overtime and an on-call allowance.
Benefits:
- No night shifts
- Type rating courses provided
- Employee pension contribution
- Company shut down between Christmas and New Year
The role includes:
- Managing a team of 2 Licensed and 3 Unlicensed Avionic Engineers
- Supporting the wider engineering department
- Leading from the front, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Requirements:
- UK CAA B2 Licensed Engineer background
- Management experience
- AW169 type rating preferred (training can be provided)
