Are you an experienced Senior Building Manager looking for a new challenge? My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Senior Building Manager, where you will head up a 5* FM service provision across this brand new 250,000 Sq Ft Trophy Building in Central London.
As the Senior Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, coordinating various project works including fit outs and ensuring that the buildings are maintained to the highest standards. You will also be tasked with implementing and managing sustainable practices to support the building's eco-friendly initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in building management, as well as a strong understanding of sustainable building practices. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be working closely with a team of maintenance and facilities staff.

- Management of a best in class FM service provision to multiple tenants in this fantastic building.
- Management of project and fit out works.
- Oversight of Environmental and Sustainability initiatives across the building.
- Daily tenant liaison, forming close working relationships with tenants and clients on site.
- Service charge budget preparation, management and reconciliation of around £2.5 million per annum.
- Implementation and management of sustainable building practices.
- Health & safety management.
- Hard and soft service contractor management.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience.
- MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
- IOSH/ Nebosh certificate.
